Sources I like for theme and seasonal wall art:
Eeboo publishes wall art, growth charts, games and probably more (go online or to specialty gift shops such as Patina) Party City  or Party America (cheap and often amazing stuff).

Teaching Resources:
I have a few teaching books, but mostly go online for the basics (alphabet and number worksheets) and for theme resources.  I have subscribed to Mother Goose Time and  Funshine Express in the past but found that I didn't/couldn't use a lot of it.  I would rather spend that money, or less, creating my own resources that work well for me.  Each year I try to create or improve on themes.  The last week of each month I review fire safety and things we've been learning earlier in the month.
Here are most of the websites I use:

I use the public library extensively for DVD's, music CD's, books for the kids to view at nap time and theme books for me to use during Circle Time or for Story Time. I request theme books online and simply pick them up.  This works great!
